Using App444

By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information about yourself.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password to yourself.

What App444 provides

A platform for describing ideas in a standard format, generating plans from those descriptions, controlling what is public, and connecting with contributors, mentors, professionals and investors.

App444 is a platform and a process. It is not a guarantee of anything — see the disclaimer.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant App444 a limited licence to store, process and display it as needed to run the service and to show it to the people you have chosen. Full detail in IP and confidentiality.

You must not upload content you do not have the right to use.

What you must not do

• Submit someone else’s idea or content as your own
• Deliberately mislead other users about your project, your identity or your experience
• Use App444 to raise money in a way that breaches Australian financial services law
• Scrape, copy or resell other people’s project content
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users
• Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform
• Use App444 for anything illegal

Agreements between users

Any arrangement you make with a founder, contributor, mentor, professional or investor is between you and them. App444 is not a party to it, does not enforce it and is not responsible if it goes wrong. Put important agreements in writing and have them reviewed if the stakes are real.

Payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Refund policy to be decided before launch — Australian Consumer Law provides rights that cannot be excluded.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will explain why and give you a chance to respond.

Changes

App444 is in its first phase and is changing constantly. Features will be added, altered and removed. We will give notice of material changes to these terms.

Governing law
